This position will be encompassing a wide array of responsibilities to include administrative, marketing, event planning/logistics, travel arrangements, social media, client interaction, and other auction related tasks.
Position will also include direct support to company president.
Travel will be necessary (amount can vary) including off site assistance at our live auction events.
Must be good with public and have strong communication skills.
Qualifications College degree preferred or High School degree and equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask, self-motivate, prioritize and manage deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Highly organized and detail oriented Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Lightroom) experience beneficial but not required Competitive salary with benefits available and room for growth within the company.
