HSC Builders & Construction Managers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to help lead our branding, proposals, and strategic planning in the marketplace.
Following the leadership of the Business Development Manager, this role will play an integral role in our client pursuits, presentations/proposals, and social media presence along with traditional print and tradeshow coordination and internal communications.
You'll have the opportunity to help guide the future of our business and our brand as we continue to grow in the Life Science, Healthcare, and Higher Education markets throughout the Delaware Valley.
Your
Experience:
You should have experience in creative/technical writing, graphic design, and an eye for detail.
Experience in the construction industry (design, engineering, architecture, or construction management) is highly preferred.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite & Cosential CRM) are highly preferred, along with 5-10
years in a similar role and industry.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
