Searching for a passionate, detail-oriented, and organized person who thrives in a partially structured environment.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities Support the Executive Director and CEO to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently Manage professional scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and client management.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and events.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials Flexibility for travel and events Other duties as assigned Required skills and qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees Job Type:
