Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and handle various clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
-Must have Valid Drivers Lic/Auto Insurance and Clean Driving record.
May sometimes be required to pick up or deliver packages to ups/fed ex/usps.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls - Manage email correspondence and respond promptly - Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with event planning and coordination - Transcribe, proofread, and edit documents as needed - Handle order entry and process paperwork accurately - Support front desk operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in administrative tasks such as filing, transcribing, and proofreading - Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus - duties is an advantage This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your skills will be valued.
