(CARco) is looking to hire Claims Administrators for our growing Exton based business.
CARco is an Administrator of various automotive aftermarket products and warranties (GAP, Tire & Wheel Coverage, Etch Theft, etc.
).

CARco operates Mondays through Fridays and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Field telephone calls and collect information from customers who call to file claims.
Enter claims into CARco's internal system as they are received by phone, fax or email.
Review claim and determine the documents that remain outstanding.
Collect documents from the customer, insurance company, lender, and police departments.
Liaison between the customer and Claims Analyst.
Data Entry.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in basic computer programs Ability to learn customized internal systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time and stay organized Job Type:
