Our new copy team member will have exceptional writing skills and a passion for bringing new ideas to the table. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with art directors, graphic designers, and account services to develop copy and create content for a broad range of advertising and marketing collateral, both print-based and digital.
You'll also be an exceptional conceptual thinker, have an advanced understanding of advertising and marketing, and be ready to deliver creative executions and tactics that meet client marketing strategies and communication objectives. You'll work with the Copy Department Manager to ensure that the final creative reflects a unified conceptual approach to every project, while also meeting the highest agency standards.

Our new full-time copy team member will also have:
7-10 years of copywriting experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising agency/design studio or in-house marketing department
Proficiency in developing materials for FDA-regulated products
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Demonstrated creative talent
Strong conceptual thinking
Ability to strategize
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand and write about complex technical and/or scientific information
Proven ability to understand target audience requirements
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent people skills
Ability to deliver a well-planned, engaging, and persuasive creative presentation to clients
Good research skills
Familiarity with AMA style
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and orientation toward results
Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work productively in a team environment
