Bookkeeper Accountant
Fast paced storm damage restoration company seeking bookkeeper/ accounts receivable person.
Job Description:
-Creating invoices (mailing and faxing)
-Calling insurance companies to verify they received invoice / verifying payments have been released
-Calling homeowner to set time for salesmen to pick up insurance check
-Creating Cap Out spread sheets for each job showing all costs and commissions
-Applying payments and receipts to each job in our system and in quickbooks
-Payroll
This position would be full time from our Exton, PA location.
