Our client needs to identify an IT Director who will be responsible for planning, directing and maintaining cost-effective systems with oversight on the day-to-day information systems operations within a legal setting. This encompasses network administration, hardware/ software management, Help Desk solutions, and providing a consultative approach to convey technical information into business oriented language to senior level partners and end-users. Your experience should include knowledge of enterprise-wide applications, evolving technology and reporting tools that include document management, financial management applications, PC's, laptop, workstations and all mobile technology. Manage relationships and negotiations with outside vendors and contractors. Responsible for overseeing Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan, Security Policies, Privacy and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and technologies.
A Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience in IT management and technical client service support is required. Demonstrated supervisory experience. You will have great people skills, yet be analytical, and have expertise in strategic planning and problem solving solutions. Ability to manage/be on call during off hours for emergencies and work nights and/or weekends, if necessary. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
