Our client, a growing company in the Exton area, is seeking a Customer Center Representative to serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers as well as sales and operations support. The Customer Center Representative will handle, maintain, and potentially grow, a high volume of inside-sales accounts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience. This is a contract to hire position.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Qualify incoming leads
Call accounts on the contact list and generate interest in the company
Ensure Salesforce is properly updated
Assistance with planning and organizing events
Owns, drives, and evolves specific business processes as assigned
Maintains and manages distributor relationships
Backup coverage for customer service
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or Computer Science major preferred)
2-5 years Customer Service Experience
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with conflict management
Analytical/Research Skills (as they relate to a customer-based situation)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Sales or Marketing experience a plus
Ability to handle pressure and say 'No' when appropriate
Creativity and risk taking
Drive for learning & development
Strong analytical, problem solving, and influencing skills
Ability to get things done through motivating others
Detail-oriented
Ability to work independently to maintain the integrity of databases

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
