Position Summary:
Account Manager ERISA product, Bond Express
The ERISA Account Manager receives training in our business unit and is responsible for underwriting new and renewal business from our independent agencies and brokers for our ERISA Fidelity insurance product line. This position is responsible for providing responsive and timely customer service to our agents, brokers, and field personnel as well as making and delivering sound underwriting decisions. This role consistently strives to achieve budgeted financial results (premium, loss ratio, retention, commissions, pricing, new business, premium collection, and expense management) through execution of market segment strategies. This role also manages account documentation (i.e., quotes, policy change, endorsements, cancellations, etc.) and participates in team meetings to ensure effective product marketing within the assigned regional territories.
Experience Required:
Experience within the Property Casualty industry (preferred)
Ability to make quick, sound decisions and recommendations with appropriate decision basis and negotiate terms and conditions
Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively develop/maintain productive internal and external relationships
Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues on team, Regional Offices, and Home Office
Ability to communicate difficult decisions to Agents & Brokers
Possess a strong work ethic
Demonstrate superior customer service standards (consistency, quick response, knowledge of products)
Demonstrate internal sales, marketing, and relationship management skills
Motivated Self-starter
Work well independently as well as in a team environment
Independent learner with ability to apply knowledge from the training process
Education:
College degree - preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
