Membership Associate
If you're a positive, enthusiastic, customer service oriented people-person, consider joining the dedicated Welcome Center staff at the Lionville Community Y. You'll work at our membership desk welcoming members, conducting facility tours, selling memberships and programs, and building relationships with the community. Excellent Customer Service is our top priority and to provide that you will become thoroughly knowledgeable of Y protocols, procedures, programs and activities.
Daytime, evening and weekend shifts available.
This is a permanent, year-round position. There will be opportunities to pick up additional daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
:
HS Diploma/GED; excellent customer service skills; high level of competency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel, as well as good touch-typing skills.
The Welcome Center is the hub of all Y activities, so excellent communications skills are essential to disseminate information to both members and staff. Must be a multi-tasker, well-organized with great interpersonal skills, patience and a sense of humor.
College degree preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
